My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were clean, they were a bit noisy and outdated, and I had some issues with bugs in the sink. Unfortunately, I ended up surrounded by a rowdy baseball team due to being in a separate building from the main hotel. The furnishings were worn and in need of an upgrade.

The Best Western Truro is a beautiful, clean, and comfortable hotel. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to cater to our needs, making us feel like VIPs. The location is perfect for both events and day trips to nearby attractions. However, some noise in the morning marred the experience, and better communication could enhance the dining experience.

My stay at the hotel was truly a mixed experience. The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable, and the TV was easy to operate, which was a plus. However, I was disappointed as the room was supposed to have a microwave, which was missing, and being located on the 2nd floor of a separate building without an elevator was inconvenient.
